CEO and Founder

He was the founder of Billund Aquaculture, a company recognized for its trailblazing work in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS). Kristoffer Lund comes with a robust background from senior management positions in engineering companies. Kristoffer was the Chief Executive Officer in Billund Aquaculture, a company recognized for its trailblazing work in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).

Supply Chain Manager
Charlotte Honoré Ehmsen has a strong background in freight and logistics and has been an integral part of Billund Aquaculture for over 5 years, where she has implemented and managed several key processes, making sure of lean supply chain. With her structured approach and keen attention to detail, she has played a vital role in optimizing the company's workflows.
At Globaq Solutions, Charlotte is bringing her knowledge and expertise as Supply Chain Manager, she is responsible for ensuring an efficient and well-coordinated flow of equipment to our projects around the world, in great cooperation with our suppliers.
Her expertise is essential to delivering on time and with high quality – no matter where the fish farm is located.
Carlos Ardissoni
Engineering Manager
With over 15 years of experience in the aquaculture industry, Carlos Ardissoni is a Senior Civil Engineer specialized in the design and engineering of Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS). His background combines a strong academic and professional foundation in environmental and hydraulic engineering, enabling him to approach projects with both technical precision and innovative thinking.
During his more than six years as Lead Engineer at Billund Aquaculture A/S, Carlos led the design of complex RAS facilities for a wide range of fish species across multiple countries. He also played a key role in developing standardized and innovative components tailored to the needs of the aquaculture sector.
At Globaq Solutions, Carlos applies his extensive expertise to oversee the entire engineering lifecycle of RAS projects—from concept development to construction and installation—ensuring each system meets the highest standards of quality and performance for our clients.
